Day 3
We started the day with another buffet breakfast before heading to WATERBOMB PARK!
I booked waterbomb tickets and a gazebo almost 7 weeks before we wanted to go and really I should have done it sooner as the gazebo that I wanted was already booked out on a lot of days we were in Bali.
Ticket Prices:
Family (2A, 2C) - $200
Child - $49.50
Premium Gazebo - $100
Additional costs for day:
Food - $55
Photo Package - $40
Total - $444.50 (yes it was worth it & really its less than $100 p/p)
Gazebo
We chose the premium aquaplay Gazebo, mostly for the location. They are located close to the Aquaplay kids area and are in a quiet part of the park and also near bathrooms.
Included in price:
- 8 pool towels
- 2 bottles mineral water (1.1L)
Gazebo amenities & features:
- Side bar bench & stools
- Safety box
- Power outlet
- Food and beverage delivery
- Concierge Service
- It was so handy to have a shaddy base where we could safely store our belongings when we were enjoying the park. My favourite part was probably the food and beverage delivery. There were plenty of staff on hand so you just had to catch their eye and they would come over and take your order and deliver your food & drinks to you. Your didn't have to line up in the heat and everyone could just order food when they were ready.
- It isn't necessary to get a gazebo, there are plenty of sun lounges around and also lockers for your belongings but it a luxury I would pay for again, it was so much easier and relaxing and away from the big crowds.
Our Gazebo was near the kids new aquaplay area
There are so many rides and attractions, ranging from mellow waterslides and swimming pools, to extreme fast paced slides. We go there early in the morning and until about lunch time the lines to any slides were very minimal but as the afternoon went on some of the more popular ones had short waits but nothing to long.
They also have a lazy river to float around
You get a wrist band upon entry and all around the park they have photographers and if you want to you can scan your wrist band and get your photo taken and at the end you can choose if you want to buy any photos. While it is more money I thought it was well worth it as we didn't carry our phones around and other wise would have any memories of the day.
They have 7 different eating areas around the park, ranging from restaurants, food court, cafes, pool bars and kiosks. We only ate from the menu at our gazebo and an ice cream from the kiosk but there are plenty of options
We were at the park from when it opened until when it closed, it was by far the kids favourite day.
For dinner we walked across the road to Ari Bar
It is a Mexican themed restaurant, they have a television and cushions up the back which worked well after the big day we had and the staff also do Mexican dances with music every now and again through out the evening which was fun
After we were back at the hotel and the kids were asleep, I snuck out for another massage
Approx Total Cost for Day 3 $571.00
Water Bomb park tickets & Gazebo $350
Food at Water Bomb Park $55
Photo Package $40
Ari Bar (Mexican) Dinner $110
Massage $16
